Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Supervise and manage front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with operational standards.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Track inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize waste.
Monitor daily sales, prepare operational reports, and ensure operational targets are met.
Ensure smooth order processing and timely service.
Requirements:
A minimum of an HND in any discipline (hospitality management or a related field is an advantage).
Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a restaurant, café, QSR, or similar food service business.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service.
Must reside in Yaba.
Remuneration:
NGN 150,000 Monthly
