The Talent
Diploma or Degree in food science or other related disciplines Experience in leading coordination of wet lab Experience to sample packing, record result and observation Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply!
The Job
Prepare prototypes under guidance from product developer, include beverage syrup and flavouring system Prepare and conduct small quantity of beverage base or products using equipment of pilot plant and product development lab Conduct analytical test and taste according to guidelines Maintain lab equipment and instrumentation Record result and observation in notebook, maintain files and regularly report of the experimental result to product developer Handle sample packing, receiving and shipment
