Research & Data Analytics Executive | 1 Year Contract | Up to $4,000+
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our Business Partnership team.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end research projects while working closely with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality research and actionable business insights.
Beyond analysing data, you should be comfortable communicating findings, presenting recommendations, and translating research into meaningful business outcomes.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining analytical thinking with stakeholder engagement.
Location: Central Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract (Renewable & Convertible to Permanent after performance review)
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects from project initiation to completion.
Coordinate project timelines, fieldwork, and deliverables while ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams throughout the research lifecycle.
Support questionnaire development, data collection, fieldwork coordination, and quality assurance activities.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative research findings and identify key trends, insights, and business implications.
Prepare professional reports, presentation slides, and client-ready deliverables.
Present research findings and recommendations confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Support multiple research projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with numbers, interpreting research findings, and identifying trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident presenting ideas, explaining findings, and engaging with stakeholders.
Able to articulate complex information in a simple and structured manner.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SPSS is preferred. Experience with R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytical tools will be advantageous.
