Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and HR documentation Monitor attendance, leave administration, and provide payroll support.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures Oversee general HR administration and provide administrative support to plant management Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
Requirements:
Minimum of a BSC 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
