Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations and drive business performance.
Oversee production planning, quality assurance, plant maintenance, and HSE compliance.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage manufacturing costs, budgets, and operational efficiency.
Lead Factory Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.
Requirements:
A minimum of a BSc in any related field A minimum of 10 years of experience
