Unit Managers

What you'll be doing:

Recruiting, training and developing independent agents and Direct Sales Force

Achieving manpower and sales budgets

Sourcing quality and sustainable business for the company

Growing the business with the set business mix

Ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements

What we're looking for:

Minimum KCSE Grade C Plain

Certificate of Proficiency (COP)

At least 3 years experience in General Insurance sales

A degree or diploma in a business-related field is an added advantage
