• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and recurring business.

• Track leads, quotations, conversions, sales revenue and follow-ups.

• Support social-media and other digital activities that generate enquiries and strengthen brand visibility.

2. Daily Operations Management

• Ensure each team has the correct equipment, chemicals, materials and instructions for the job.

• Coordinate logistics, access arrangements, client instructions and other requirements necessary for smooth

service delivery.

• Monitor jobs during execution and intervene promptly where problems arise.

• Coordinate rescheduling, cancellations and operational changes with clients and staff.

• Ensure every completed job is properly recorded and followed up where necessary.

Role Requirements

• Confident communicator with strong English, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Able to supervise staff firmly and professionally and take ownership of operational decisions.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools for tracking work.
