About the Position: This position is located at the Anniston Munitions Center, Anniston, Alabama, and serves as a Training Administrator responsible for managing training programs and supporting workforce readiness.

Evaluates training programs to assess support for mission readiness and employee development.

Manages training programs, schedules, records, certifications, and resources to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and mission objectives.

Briefs leaders, supervisors, and employees on training programs, requirements, and organizational initiatives.

Analyzes training needs to identify workforce development priorities.
