Tour Consultant
Work mode: On-site · Location: Nairobi, Kenya · Schedule: Full Time.
Job Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and results-driven Tour Consultant to join their team.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Ability to convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services
Design customized and group tour packages based on client requirements
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Knowledge of airline ticketing is an added advantage
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
Previous experience in tour consultancy, travel sales or a related role is an added advantage
Salary: Ksh. 25,000
