SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Advises SES/Flag Officers on support agreements and DWCF pricing/billing policies, methods and procedures. Chairs senior working groups and steers agency vision, translating strategic mandates into sustainable financial roadmaps.

Leads Agency support agreements and policies. Negotiates/approves complex enterprise MOAs, MOUs, and SLAs with DoD/Federal partners. Serves as an authority to resolve high-stakes disputes, protecting the mission legally and financially.

Oversees DWCF letter estimates, coordinating with DISA programs and Mission Partners. Defends strategic estimates before MILDEPs and DAFAs to secure future-year resource allocations within customer portfolios.

Directs resource management financial strategy and execution. Oversees BAN allocations, and revenue collection across customer portfolios. Resolves escalated billing disputes and leverages financial data for executive decisions.

Supervises geographically dispersed staff. Directs administrative/technical actions, performance, hiring, and training. Enforces internal controls and regulatory standards.
