Supervisory IT Specialist

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Ensure systems are operated and maintained in accordance with DA and DoD security directives and implement various policies and procedures.

Conduct trend analyses to forecast short-term and long-term customer tool requirements, and develop plans and budgetary documents to sustain operations.

Supervise employees by planning work, setting/adjusting priorities, assigning work based on capabilities, and evaluating performance.

Identify developmental and training needs of employees, provide or arrange for training, and find ways to improve production or quality of work directed.
