Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction progress and prepare site reports.
Coordinate artisans, contractors, suppliers, and site workers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Manage and monitor the use of construction materials and equipment.
Resolve technical issues arising on site.
Liaise with architects, consultants, and project managers.
Ensure work is completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Take measurements and prepare work estimates where necessary.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities and reports.
Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of structural and architectural drawings.
Monitor staff attendance and productivity on site.
Report project updates, challenges, and management recommendations.
Supervise land clearing and estate infrastructure development.
Ensure proper setting out and site marking.
Monitor building stages before client inspection.
Verify workmanship quality before handover.
Coordinate maintenance and corrective works on completed projects.
Oversee staff welfare.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of HND.
2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
