About the Role
We are looking for two proactive and analytical Production Planners to join a well-established multinational manufacturing company.
You will be responsible for production planning, customer order coordination, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations to meet customer delivery requirements.
Work schedules are available:
Weekend Shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Work From Home on Saturday & Sunday after Probation)
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
Coordinate customer enquiries and resolve planning or delivery issues promptly.
Monitor production schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
Provide regular updates and reports on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
Analyse supply chain performance and support root cause analysis for delivery or planning issues.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth production planning and customer satisfaction.
