Job Responsibilities
Coordinate planning, delivery, and supply matters for assigned customer accounts.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on production schedules and delivery status.
Monitor production schedules to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
Analyse supply chain performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports and assist in resolving planning and supply issues.
