Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Write and edit engaging marketing copy for brochures, newsletters, press releases, and websites.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate and attend marketing events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance the company's presence.
Use analytics and CRM data to track campaign performance, calculate ROI, and refine marketing strategies.
Ensure all outward-facing content adheres strictly to brand guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of marketing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
