Responsibilities:
Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
Measure and map land using GPS, GNSS, total stations, drones, and other surveying equipment.
Prepare survey plans, maps, and technical reports.
Analyze survey data using AutoCAD, GIS, or other surveying software.
Verify property boundaries and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers.
Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
Ensure all field operations comply with safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of an HND in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional land surveying experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and modern surveying equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Professional surveying certification or license is an added advantage.
