You will:
Run Meta & Google Ads campaigns
Manage marketing budgets
Improve ROAS & CAC
Test creatives, audiences & strategies
Explore TikTok & influencer marketing
Lead a small team
You have:
5+ years in performance marketing
Strong Meta & Google Ads experience
Solid analytics & reporting skills
Budget ownership experience
Proven results in improving ROAS/CAC
Bonus: E-commerce, DTC, TikTok Ads, influencer or emerging markets experience.
