Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all laboratory operations, ensuring accurate testing and analysis of feed samples to meet quality standards.
Develop and implement testing protocols, methodologies, and laboratory procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Supervise and mentor lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality policies.
Prepare and present detailed reports on laboratory findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of HND.
3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
