Customer Service Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Engaging new customers.* Inventory management.* Conducting stocktakes and develop weekly sales reports.* Responding to customer enquiries about services and products.* Handling inquiries, problem resolution and order support.* Selling products and services.* Process payments.* Electronically updating customer records.* Taking and tracking orders.* Gathers customer feedback to improve services.

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Minimum of Five (5) ‘O’ Levels.* Diploma in Marketing Management or equivalent.* Marketing Degree/Business Management Degree will be an added advantage.* Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Product Knowledge and Patience.
