Branch Manager-Kitengela

This opportunity is suited to experienced lending professionals who can go beyond day-to-day branch administration and drive branch growth, manage credit risk, build high-performing teams and strengthen logbook loan portfolios

Key experience required:

3+ years as a Branch Manager within a financial institution

5+ years of overall lending experience in microfinance or banking

3+ years’ hands-on experience with logbook loan products

Experience leading credit approval committees

Proven people management and team-building capability

Experience recruiting sales agents/field teams

Experience launching a new branch or building a micro-credit team from scratch
