Administrative Officer

About the Position: Osan Air Base, is a United States Air Force base located near Songtan Station in the city of Pyeongtaek, South Korea, 64 km south of Seoul. Despite its name, Osan AB is not within Osan City, which is 7.5 km north. Federal employees in Osan, Korea are currently entitled to receive a 15% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary (This is subject to change).

Plan, manage, direct, and coordinate budget formulation, analysis, and execution.

Coordinate with Headquarters to manage manpower support for the school.

Oversee and support civilian personnel actions.

Administer the student registration, student attendance, academic records maintenance, tuition status, and other related processes.

Manage school property and equipment.

Prepare reports using the information management system for school administration and personnel.

Manage facility, safety, and security programs to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance.
