Job Description
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
Load, unload, sort, and move products safely within the warehouse.
Store products in designated locations according to warehouse procedures.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch accurately and on time.
Assist with inventory counts, stock-taking, and reconciliation exercises.
Update inventory records and report stock discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Ensure products are handled properly to prevent damage, loss, or contamination.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, storage areas, and loading bays.
Label, package, and arrange products according to company standards.
Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trolleys where required.
Follow all warehouse health, safety, and security procedures.
Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
Proven years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environment is an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving goods safely.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
