Job Description
We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Remote – Full-Time Potential)
Due to continued growth, Zion Fire, a fire protection service company based in New Zealand, is looking for another proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organised, eager to learn, and values honesty and efficiency.

About the Role
You will work closely with our Office Manager and current virtual assistant to support a range of administrative and operational tasks.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Prior knowledge of SimPRO (job management software) is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Creating jobs and work orders in our job management system
Updating customer records and responding to client emails and calls
Ensuring compliance and task deadlines are met
Converting and setting up digital forms in our internal system
Scheduling jobs and coordinating with field staff
Following up on timesheets, job notes, and outstanding tasks
Providing general admin support to keep the office running smoothly
Social Media Management is a Plus!
What We’re Looking For:
Proactive and self-motivated individual
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Honest and reliable with a strong work ethic
Eager to learn new systems and processes
Comfortable thinking independently and problem-solving
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Work Hours & Progression Plan:
This is a part-time position that will transition into full-time hours based on performance:
Weeks 1–4: 20 hours/week
Weeks 5–6: 25 hours/week
Weeks 7–8: 30 hours/week
Weeks 9–10: 35 hours/week
Week 12 Onwards: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Trial Period: 3 months (Note: Early progression and full-time hours may be offered based on initiative and performance. Our last hire was working full-time by Week 3!)
Compensation:
Training Period (First 12 Weeks): PHP 80 per hour
Post-Training: Pay increase and potential offer for a full-time contract Performance-based salary reviews may occur earlier
