JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify good and regular customers and providing a high standard of customer service in order to generate repeated visits by customer.
Establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen and act with a smile and positive attitude at all times with customers.
Anticipating customers’ needs and problems.
Provide information about the restaurants.
Report any incidents to the Superiors.
Have a ‘team player” attitude with regard to reporting and handling over of all information.
To effectively carry out all tasks given by Superiors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least a year of relevant experience in Hospitality.
Excellent verbal communication skills (Knowledge in Japanese Language is a plus)
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individuals
Focused and organized
Able to work alone and a team player.
Can start ASAP.
Willing to work in BGC Area.
