Key responsibilities
Accurately input, verify and maintain data into computer systems and databases, ensuring all information is entered correctly and completely
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures
Prepare reports and documentation related to data entry activities as needed
What we're looking for
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and maintain focus on repetitive tasks
Good organizational and time management skills
Reliability, punctuality and commitment to meeting deadlines
Understanding of data confidentiality and information security practices
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
