You will serve as The AMPHIBIOUS/AIRCRAFT CARRIER TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (TECHNICIAN) in the AVAILABILITY INTEGRATION DIV, MODERNIZATION & INSTALLATION DEPT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME. NORFOLK, VA; $108,019-$165,945; PORT HUENEME, CA: $124,085-190,627; SAN DIEGO, CA $121,585- $186,785

You will translate complex customer requirements into actionable engineering specifications to ensure technical teams deliver effective solutions.

You will plan and manage the lifecycle of complex engineering programs, actively balancing project costs, schedules, and technical risks.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to troubleshoot system failures, remove technical roadblocks, and resolve complex integration challenges.

You will oversee system testing, modernization, and contractor performance to ensure all technical activities comply with organizational standards.

You will deliver clear technical reports and presentations to executive leaders, enabling informed decisions that align with strategic objectives.
