Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract (renewal subject to business needs)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8.30am - 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

Responsibilities:
Prepare and update technical drawings and detailed plans based on specifications provided by engineers, designers, and project managers.
Conduct site visits and verification checks, incorporating field feedback to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability.
Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, company standards, and applicable regulatory codes.
Maintain and manage drawing records, revisions, and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, designers, and site personnel to clarify design requirements and resolve drafting issues.
Incorporate design changes, markups, and comments into drawings accurately while maintaining proper revision control.
Review drawings for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, identifying and highlighting discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
Utilize AutoCAD and Bentley MicroStation to produce high-quality technical drawings while continuously developing drafting and technical skills.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in drafting technical drawings
Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation or AutoCAD software
Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, ArcGis will be an added advantage
