Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets Drive customer acquisition, loan marketing, and deposit mobilization Monitor team performance and submit daily/weekly reports Build and maintain strong customer relationships Ensure compliance with company policies and sales ethics
Requirements:
A minimum of an OND in any field Experience Required* in sales and team leadership, preferably in banking/microfinance Must have proximity to D-line, Port Harcourt* Strong sales, communication, and people management skills Target-driven, disciplined, and good with CRM tools
Remuneration:
NGN 200,000 - 250,000/month
