SUPV FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Public Works Department (PWD), a forward deployed component of the Integrated Product Team (IPT) of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia (NAVSUPPACT NAPLES), Naples, Italy.

You will direct and control all Public Works efforts, overseeing work induction, service desk operations, client liaison functions, and the Infrastructure Condition Assessment Program to support the site's mission.

You will manage all aspects of your team, including assigning work, setting priorities, establishing deadlines, developing performance plans, and managing recruitment and training for a diverse workforce.

You will manage the Work Induction System (WIS), coordinating the budget, development, and prioritization of Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) execution plans and developing the annual Installation Maintenance Action Plan.

You will be responsible for formulating budget requirements, managing payroll and training, monitoring production funding, and ensuring reimbursable funds are received to avoid unfunded commitments.

You will provide guidance and oversight for Service Desk operations, ensuring emergency, routine, and urgent call processes are followed, and will analyze data to identify opportunities for process and facility improvements.

You will plan, develop, and implement the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program, which includes scheduling inspections and surveys of all facilities and equipment to detect deficiencies and initiate corrective action.

You will perform continuous review of management data to analyze and correct deficiencies, develop internal management aids, and utilize the MAXIMO work management system to provide workload and analysis reports.
