Supply Technician

About the Position: This position is located at the 59th Medical Wing - Joint Base San Antonio - Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center; Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Perform direct customer service in the punctual and accurate technical screening, filling, and issuing of in-house clinical requisitions for medical/surgical supplies and equipment. Oversee and control inventory in transits, validation of accounts payable, and reconciles undelivered orders with financial records. Process inventory adjustment forms when needed and obtains appropriate signatures. Extract data for accurate and timely statistical studies and reports concerning receipts, issues, and disbursements to support the operation of the Stock Fund Program. Assist in the local management of medical/surgical supplies, which requires frequent technical intervention to assure effective supply support and economy.
