Serves as the Supervisory Safety and Occupational Health Specialist and as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Site Coordinator.
Administers the Safety and Occupational Health program for organizations engaged in warehousing operations, transportation of materials, equipment repair, maintenance and in administrative areas.
Develops and maintains site specific VPP program documentation, reports, and continuous safety improvements
Works with the safety staff, supervisors, union personnel and Lean office staff to improve work processes that reflect the VPP requirements.
Stays current with the changes in the OSHA regulations and or requirements.
