Job Description
About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, Texas. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
Responsible for personnel management. Evaluate work performance of subordinates; give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both technical and administrative matters. Assess and implement training standards and needs of the staff. Responsible for the final review and improvement of work methods, organizational structure to improve production and increase quality of work directed. Provide input regarding organization, structural or content changes throughout the department, services, and clinics in the Department of Medicine.
