Serves as the Chief of Construction Division for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa, and various projects within the the state Southwestern Division boundary.

Serve as the principal advisor to the Tulsa (SWT ) Commander and is considered the authority on construction-related matters.

Maintain contacts with construction contractors, key industry representatives; Federal, state, and local government officials, public and private interest groups, and other concerned parties on matters involving the SWT construction program.

Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the operations of a significant organization that performs construction management and contract administration functions to support a large construction program for the district.

Responsible for overseeing all construction management and contract administration activities performed by the Tulsa District Construction Division.

Manage an immediate subordinate staff within the SWT headquarters office, along with a field staff dispersed throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, and Northern Texas.

Performs full range of personnel management functions required to govern the SWT Construction Division personnel.
