Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the 1st Special Operations Wing Inspector General. Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information.

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 1st Special Operations Wing. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the 1st Special Operations Wing with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the IG Inspections directorate/division/section, ensuring that the commander's inspection program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets command intent and satisfies customer needs. Plans, organizes, and executes a wide range of complex activities for the Wing Commander's Inspection Program (CCIP), and the Exercise and Evaluation Program.
