The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 22d Force Support Squadron.

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 22d Force Support Squadron, ensuring that Force Management and the Military Personnel Flight complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents 22d Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Oversees Force Management and Customer Support operations. Administers the myEval, Military Personnel Data, Force Distribution (FD), Case Management System (CMS), and Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM) systems.
