Supervisory Health System Specialist

About the Position: This position is located at 78th Medical Group at Robins Air Force Base, Houston County, Georgia. It is located near the city of Warner Robins, Georgia. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Incentives MAY be authorized.

Direct the activities of 78th Occupational Medical Services (OMS) Flight, ensuring the OMS complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets patient needs. Assign work to employees based on organization priorities and consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments such that the experience, training, and abilities of staff are effectively utilized to meet organization and customer needs. Coordinate all occupational health care issues with primary care providers and subspeciality providers/clinics, assuring optimal quality, access, and cost efficiency. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities including employee appraisals, performance expectations, hiring, and employee development. Identify requirements and initiates requests for additional resources including personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives.
