Supervisory Contracting Officer Representative

About the Position: Serves as the primary point of contact for Contracting Officer Representative (COR) work for the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). The incumbent provides supervision and oversight over the COR Branch and completes all COR activities for assigned MTF personal services contracts. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Provide consultative support and complete all COR activities for Command’s assigned personal service contracts. Maintain effective working relationships with assigned contracting agencies. Monitor the coordination of work between the department and the contracted personnel and takes necessary steps to resolve any problems. Maintain the command knowledge repository for acquisition-based guides, templates, and instructions to prepare required contracting documents. Responsible for all aspects of personnel management within the COR branch.
