Job Description
This job announcement uses the Subject Matter Expert Panel Assessment to evaluate applicants.
Provides guidance and advice on more complex matters of the civilian pay processing realm, provides instruction for the operation of the automated system.
Identifies and analyzes problem areas while considering alternative solutions and selects the best course of action.
Reviews work with the authority to accept, amend, or reject to ensure acceptable quality and quantity.
Performs internal personnel administration and management tasks.
Gives informal training and cross-training on civilian pay entitlements, regulatory guidance, financial operating procedures, and transactions processing.
