Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly record all incoming materials and equipment Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions Issue materials based on approved requisitions and track usage accordingly Conduct regular stock counts and periodic inventory audits Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages or discrepancies Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store environment Support internal teams with material availability updates
Requirements:
Must be physically fit and agile Must be trustworthy, accountable, and detail-oriented Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong data entry and stock management skills Basic knowledge of MEP materials is an added advantage Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work with minimal supervision
