Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure for client products.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend, backend, mobile, and AI services.
Support deployments, rollbacks, environment setup, release processes, and production operations.
Manage infrastructure on AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, or similar platforms.
Configure Docker, Kubernetes, serverless services, databases, storage, networking, and secrets management.
Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, backups, and incident response processes.
Improve system reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Work closely with software engineers to resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
Document infrastructure, runbooks, deployment steps, and operational processes.
Requirements:
4+ years of DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, or SRE experience.
Strong experience with Linux, networking, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Sentry, ELK, or similar.
Good understanding of security, access control, secrets, backups, availability, and incident response.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Experience supporting AI/ML workloads, GPUs, vector databases, LLM apps, or high-scale SaaS products is a strong advantage.
