Responsibilities:
Communicating with potential and existing customers via email, chat, and calls Reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the product experience Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records Supporting customers' onboarding and answering product questions Conducting or assisting with product demos and client meetings Learning new tools, workflows, and tasks as business demands change
