Summary:
Basic from $3,000 + Uncapped Commission
Monday – Friday, 8:30/9.30am – 5:30/6.30pm
Location: Tanjong Pagar (5 mins from MRT station)
Up to 2 days work from home hybrid arrangement
Medical panel, travel incentive, 1-to-1 mentorship
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their recruitment needs.
Source, screen, and match qualified candidates to suitable job opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to successful placement.
Achieve individual sales and placement targets in line with business objectives.
Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the onboarding process.
