Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead logbook debt recovery operations Manage classified loans & collections

Oversee vehicle, motorbike & Tuk Tuk recovery

Supervise recovery teams & service providers

Ensure compliance with policies & legal requirements

Prepare recovery & performance reports

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Banking

CCP or equivalent credit qualification

5-8+ years' debt recovery experience 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role

Knowledge of NTSA, collateral realization & vehicle repossession

Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
