Job Description:
Bid projects
Calculate costs and quotes based on rough sketches, drawings and other engineering data information obtained     from main contractors or clients.
Obtain construction drawings approved by the main contractor from the company's design department to calculate all materials and hardware.
Purchase all materials (including hardware accessories/tools and consumables, etc.).
Provide necessary work support for project management.
Maintain good communication and coordination with team members.
Claims should be made to the main contractor or customer on time every month for the amount of contract work our company has completed each month and the amount of work done by VO.
Verify and process the workload claimed by our subcontractors from us each month.
Assist factory management in issuing delivery orders.
Assist colleagues in handling other temporary tasks when necessary.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
Job Requirement:
Outstanding communications and negotiation skills
Advances time management and analytical skills
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Candidate must pass at least Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2-3 years' experience in Metal Works, Structural Steel works
Required language(s): English & Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from English & Mandarin speaking associates, clients and customers)
