Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates Monitor project costs and cash flow Evaluate contractor claims and variations Conduct cost analysis and reporting Support procurement processes
Requirements:
Degree in quantity surveying 3–5 years of experience Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in cost estimation tools
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
