Own QA for all product releases: define test cases, run checks, log and track issues.

Write product requirement documents (PRDs) and tickets based on priorities set by the CEO.

Product Performance Reporting

Produce and maintain product performance reporting: subscriber metrics, funnel data, feature performance.

Act as the operational bridge between developers and the rest of the organisation.

Paid Acquisition & Media Buying

Own media buying and paid acquisition execution: campaign setup, budget allocation, CPI/LTV tracking, and channel optimization.

Work closely with Marketing & Partnerships on audience, creative, and market input.

Coordinate telco and billing partner integration work: requirements, testing, go-live checklists.

Qualification and Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

Experience

Experience in a product operations, growth, or performance marketing role at a digital or mobile-first company.

Hands-on media buying experience (paid social, programmatic, or app install campaigns) with a clear grasp of CPI/CAC/LTV economics.

Familiarity with African mobile/telco products is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

Analytically strong: comfortable with GA4, ad platform dashboards, and data storytelling.

Experience writing product requirement documents (PRDs).

Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Adaptability and willingness to learn.
