Responsibilities:
Create and execute test plans, test cases, regression tests, and release checklists.
Test web applications, mobile applications, APIs, dashboards, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs clearly.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, usability, and cross-browser testing.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
Validate bug fixes and ensure issues do not recur.
Support release readiness and production quality checks.
Build or maintain automated tests where applicable.
Improve QA processes, test documentation, and product stability practices.
Requirements:
4+ years of QA/testing experience.
Strong manual QA experience across web and mobile products.
Experience with API testing using Postman, Insomnia, Swagger, or similar.
Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools.
Good understanding of regression testing, release testing, acceptance criteria, and defect lifecycle.
Experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or similar is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and structured documentation.
Excellent English communication.
Experience testing AI features, SaaS platforms, fintech, marketplaces, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
