Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Documentation:
Drafting and formatting sales proposals, contracts, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Preparing presentations for client meetings.
Project Coordination:
Monitoring project milestones, tracking task assignments, and updating stakeholders on project progress.
CRM Management:
Updating client databases, tracking sales pipelines, logging communications, and generating sales reports.
Client Relations:
Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and handling post-sale or project follow-ups.
Logistics & Administration:
Booking travel, organizing site visits, preparing meeting minutes, and processing vendor invoices or expense reports.
Requirements:
To develop the market for our products.
To engage our already existing Customers to ensure a bumper sale.
To receive and coordinate all sales inquiries in line with the company’s sales policy.
To follow up on sales activities with clients & potential clients.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
