PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL MANAGER FOR UNDERSEA WEAPONS

You will serve as Principal Technical Manager for Undersea Weapons in the Undersea Weapons Department of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport.

You will serve as a Department Head providing strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for all departmental operations.

You will be responsible for performing Science and Technology, Research and Development, Acquisition, Test and Evaluation and full-spectrum life-cycle support for torpedoes and undersea weapons.

You will lead the application of advanced automated maintenance and sustainment technologies and digital transformation of sustainment and production management technologies to deliver undersea weapon systems at scale and speed.

You will provide authoritative scientific and technical advice and guidance on Undersea Warfare (USW) programs.

You will negotiate complex solutions within specific functional areas with major US government, academic, and International stakeholders.
