Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Provide expert advice on HR and employment law matters, including employee relations and compliance.
Guide the company on intellectual property (IP) law, including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing.
Ensure corporate compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
Support dispute resolution processes and represent the company when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience working with reputable corporations or law firms.
Strong expertise in Contract Law, Employment/HR Law, Corporate Governance, and Intellectual Property Law.
Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) with active license to practice.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide practical legal advice.
Ability to work flexibly and respond quickly to on-call needs.
